  • The procedure of making our items takes time and effort as each item is individually cut and sewn by our hands, especially for you, and double-washed before packing. We do not use any programmed machines or other non-human help. Handmade quality work takes a longer time as you can appreciate.
  • All items are manufactured and shipped from the EU member state - Lithuania.
  • We try to do our best when describing and photographing the items. Please read the descriptions of items carefully and if you have any questions - please ask us before placing the order!
  • We aim to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible, however resolution, print methods, and screen settings can affect how an item is displayed, and the accuracy of colors cannot be guaranteed.
  • If you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, please inform us and we will do everything that is possible to make it right!
  • We will offer you an exchange of the items or a refund. Please note that an item should not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn (other than to try it on) and that any labels or tags should be intact.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery at orders@2isenough.com.
  • Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
  • Request cancellation or any changes to the order within 2 days of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Conditions of return

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to Lithuania.
  • Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition.

The refund is provided within 14 days once we’ve received and inspected your return. 

Please note that we do not refund the return shipping dues. Shipping costs will also not be refunded for uncollected items. We do not take responsibility for damages or losses due to the shipping.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@2isenough.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return might not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We use Paypal and Stripe as payment Providers.

We do not store your payment information (including credit card numbers) but it is passed on to Payment Providers (Paypal, Stripe, etc.) to accept payments from you.

Declines and failed payments:

If Credit Card payment fails please choose Paypal as payment provider and use credit card details via Paypal.

Our Stripe account is in Europe so customers using cards issued in a different country might experience an increased rate of declines. This is normal many payments fail for good reason and do so to minimize the possibility of a fraudulent payment.

Please kindly note that we are not responsible for any Tax, Customs
Fees, and/or Import Duties you may incur.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot inform you what the cost may be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office to obtain the correct information before ordering.

- We have a legal obligation to collect/charge Sales Tax or VAT for some countries:

  • United States - we do collect Sales Tax on your orders and remit to local Tax Authorities in the following states: Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.
  • Canada - we do collect Canada Federal and Provincial sales taxes and remit to local Tax Authorities.
  • United Kingdom - we do collect VAT on your orders with the value is below 135GBP and remit to local Tax Authorities. Orders over 135GBP customers are responsible for any additional
    duties and taxes at the time of order delivery.
  • Norway - we do collect VAT on your orders and remit it to Tax Authorities.
  • Australia - we do collect GST on your orders and remit it to Tax Authorities. Customers are responsible for any additional duties and taxes at the time of order delivery.
  • New Zealand - we DO NOT collect GST on your orders. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes at the time of order delivery.
  • European Union - we do collect VAT on your orders and remit it to your country's Tax Authorities. EU VAT is included in the item price.
  • Other Countries - we DO NOT collect taxes or duties. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes at the time of order delivery.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

  • via National registered post (free worldwide shipping). Tracking is not available in most countries.
  • via DHL or FedEx express service (additional cost depends on the region). This is a faster and more reliable service. Tracking is provided. FedEx or DHL might not deliver to PO BOX, in such case please choose national post.

SHIPPING DURATION:

Shipping duration depends on: country/location you want items to be shipped to.

Below are indicative timelines for shipping:

- National post delivers:

  • European Countries (5-10 days).
  • non-European countries (10-20 days).

- Courier express services (DHL or FedEx):

  • "Express" service is usually delivered in 2-5 days worldwide.
  • "Economy" service is usually delivered in 4-10 days worldwide.

Please note that it usually takes more time than regularly for the orders to be delivered during the Christmas season. The delivery service/time of the packages is beyond our control.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:

  • All orders are shipped to the address you provide during checkout unless you provide a different one afterward.
  • FedEx or DHL might not deliver to PO BOX, in such case please choose national post.
